While we were in Fuseta, we stoped by the local market to pick up some dinner supplies.

We have acquired very few Portuguese words or phrases, believe me, but something invaluable we have learned is the difference between "aquiculturado" and "capturado". If you want freshly caught fish, rather than farm-raised, that's important to know.

We had one of these nice robalos for dinner, and he was a recent "capturado"  right off the local coast. Rick cooked him very simply and served him with olive oil, as is customary around these parts. I don't think I've ever had a fresher or tastier piece of sea bass!
